1. About EduTest 360
EduTest 360 is a multi-school management platform for Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools. A subscribing school operates as an independent tenant and is responsible for the school data, users and operational decisions entered into its portal.
2. School accounts and authorised users
Schools must provide accurate registration information and keep administrator credentials secure. School owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles to staff, students, parents and other users.
3. Subscription plans
Access to modules, limits and selected services may depend on the school’s active subscription plan. Plan pricing, usage limits and included features are shown by EduTest 360 at registration or within the subscription interface and may be updated for future billing periods.
4. School data
Each school retains responsibility for the accuracy and lawful use of the records it enters into EduTest 360. The platform is designed to isolate school-scoped data by tenant and to restrict access according to authorised roles.
5. Payments and settlements
Where online school-fee collection is enabled, payments may be processed through the EduTest 360 platform payment gateway. Eligible school collections are recorded in the school settlement balance and may be withdrawn to the verified bank account subject to the platform’s settlement controls, applicable fees and payment-provider processing.
6. Communication services
Email, SMS and in-app notifications depend on the school’s plan and configured communication providers. Delivery to an external phone number or email address can be affected by third-party networks and cannot be guaranteed in every case.
7. Domains and integrations
School subdomains, verified custom domains, biometric-device integrations and GPS transport features require correct configuration and, where applicable, compatible third-party hardware, DNS, SSL, mobile-device permissions or vendor services.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another school’s records, bypass security controls, abuse communication services, upload malicious content, interfere with platform availability or use EduTest 360 for unlawful activity.
9. Service availability
EduTest 360 is designed for reliable school operations, but maintenance, hosting incidents, internet failures, payment-provider downtime or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
10. Privacy and child-related records
Schools handling student and child-related information should collect and use that information only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes and apply the safeguards required by applicable Nigerian data-protection obligations. 11. Suspension and termination
Platform or school access may be restricted where a subscription expires, an account is suspended, security is at risk, or serious misuse is detected. Data-handling and retention procedures should be followed before any permanent account closure.
